At the opposite end of Red Square from St. Basil's Cathedral is the Russian State Museum. We didn't get to go in and I'm not sure what is held inside, but it is a beautiful structure.Speaking of beautiful, the Russian name for "Red Square" is "Krasnaya Ploschad". "Krasnaya" can mean "beautiful" as well as "red", so in English it could also be called "Beautiful Square".
